Here's the synopsis for the season 7 premiere: "Now What?":
After admitting their deep attraction for each other, both House and Cuddy try to get away from the pressures of the hospital by spending some vacation time together at the beach. Remarkably, they both start feeling far less miserable than either of them has felt in years. However, when secrets from both of their pasts come to light, it threatens their nascent relationship.

House is my absolute favorite TV show, and I'm so glad that season 7 is finally here. Most of the people I know don't watch House (lame reality TV junkies), and I find myself wanting to talk about House constantly, so I'm going to do it here and hope there's people to listen.
